Declaration of Independence and Leadership Changes in the Organization of Tajik Youth for the Revival of Tajikistan

To improve the organization’s operations and adapt to new circumstances, the Council of the Organization of Tajik Youth for the Revival of Tajikistan has decided to declare its independence from the political movement “Group 24” as of January 24, 2025. This decision was made in light of several critical factors, including enhancing the organization’s internal structure, resolving misunderstandings, and addressing other elements that impact its effectiveness.

With this step, the organization aims to chart an independent path to advocate for the rights of migrants and strengthen its efforts in legal, political, and social initiatives. Until the resolution of existing challenges with “Group 24,” the Organization of Tajik Youth for the Revival of Tajikistan will continue its mission independently.

The Council of the organization expresses its gratitude to the political movement “Group 24” for their collaborative efforts in the pursuit of freedom and justice over the past few years and wishes “Group 24” success and prosperity in their future endeavors.

Leadership Changes
To align the organization’s operations with its new direction and ensure its efficiency, the Council of the Organization of Tajik Youth for the Revival of Tajikistan has implemented several leadership changes:

Head of the Organization:
Ubaydullo Saidi (Nosirov) has been appointed as the Head of the Organization. With extensive experience and a high sense of responsibility in political and social fields, he is well-positioned to effectively lead the organization during this new era of independence.

Deputy Head:
Barakatulloi Rahmatullo, who has valuable experience in political spheres and working with youth, has been appointed as Deputy Head (Vice Chairman).

Head of the Information Department:
Abdulhay Khalifa has been assigned to manage the organization’s official social media pages and oversee the dissemination of news and announcements.

Head of the Legal Department:
Ilhom Khalilov has been appointed to protect citizens’ rights and provide legal consultations.

These leadership changes were made to strengthen the organization’s operations and improve internal coordination.

The primary mission of the organization, which remains focused on protecting youth rights and fostering democratic development, will only grow stronger through these reforms. The Council is confident that with the combined experience and effective leadership of its new members, the organization will successfully achieve its key objectives and implement impactful programs.

Sincerely,
The Council of the Tajik Youth for the Revival of Tajikistan
